This complimentary 20-minute consultation is an opportunity to learn more about our services and determine the best fit for your needs. It is available for individuals seeking information about social work counselling, case management services, or life coaching programs. During this call, we will briefly discuss your goals, answer your questions, and review service options. Please note this consultation is informational and not a therapy or coaching session.
What to Expect After Your Discovery Call
After your free discovery call, we’ll explore your goals, current challenges, and the type of support that will best meet your needs. Together, we’ll identify the most appropriate next steps, whether that’s individual social work counselling, case management services, or coaching support such as individual coaching or an 8-week transformational program. You’ll leave the call with clarity and direction, and if it feels like the right fit, you can confidently move forward by booking services with me.
Session Fees
- Virtual individual sessions (50 minutes): $190 per session
- Virtual couples counselling (50 minutes): $240 per session
Payment methods include email money transfer, extended health benefits, and sliding scale availability. We are open to working with third-party payers, including ICBC, EAPs, and other insurers where approved.
